If you use the THE GRID, a project of Decode Inc., you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must leave this site immediately.

- THE GRID is open data, licensed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). For any Pivot 2020 data, the copyright holder is Simon Fraser University. You are free to share, create and adapt with this data, as long as you give attribution to Simon Fraser University, and share any derivative works with an ODbL and make a version available that is open to use. For all other datasets, the copyright holder is Youthful Cities, a project of Decode Inc. (the owner of THE GRID).
- You acknowledge that Simon Fraser University or Decode Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that you may have as a result of your use of this website.
- You acknowledge that Simon Fraser University or Decode Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of this website.

THE GRID is open data, licensed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL), with the copyright holders being Simon Fraser University (all Pivot 2020 data) and Decode Inc.

- To adapt: To modify, transform and build upon the database and its contents.
As long as you:
- Attribute: You must attribute any public use of the database and its content, or works produced from the database and its content, in the manner specified in the ODbL.
